Two axis Grinder

Two axis grinders are meant for circular castings grinding end gates and parting line from 80mm diameter till 420 mm diameter, Twin station, High speed of grinding, Ultra Low cycle time, Cost effective, PLC Controlled, Air for holding the job and Hydraulic power for driving the job.


High amount of material removal possible 8mm in one cycle

Five axis grinders for different complex shapes and demands and upto 200 kg jobs. Five models starting from 0.75 grams to 8 kg to 30 kgs to 70 Kgs to 200 kgs range. Controlled by NC Controllers, with servo drives and air required to hold the job.

Rapid cycle time, High material removal 5 axis full cnc controllers
